Refund policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aesthete Wear. We apologize if there are any issues with your order, please rest assured that we will strive to ensure that you are satisfied with our products as well as your overall experience with us.
Exchanges & Returns:
Returns and refunds are not accepted by us. There is simply an exchange policy here. Items that have not been worn, altered, and are brand new with all tags intact must be exchanged within 48 hours of the goods being delivered. After emailing your exchange request, you will receive a confirmation with our office's address. You can go there any time between 10AM and 4PM to pick up your chosen item. As long as the new item is in stock and the original products being replaced are unworn, unaltered, and in new condition (no stains, cosmetics, body fluids, etc.) with all tags attached, we will be pleased to complete the exchange. Please note that you can only exchange the item you purchased in a different size. If you wish to complete your exchange online, please get back to us and we will manage from there. AESTHETE is not responsible for any exchange shipping rates, the customer is.
