Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

Many orders can be dispatched the same day or the following day, however it might take 2-6 business days to ship your order. Your order should be confirmed through your email. Orders are NOT shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order tracking

To track your order, you can ask us through our email, live chat, or Instagram direct message. 

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, or unused, in its original packaging.

International Shipping Policy

International orders take around 3-12 business days to deliver. After purchasing an item, you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Aesthete Wear does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different costs per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or Customs Tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.
